A traditional favourite for many of our customers, made in-house our Black Pudding is a delicious breakfast treat. Black Pudding gets its rich deep colour from the Pork Blood used in the sausages.

Black Pudding can also be used in mash, as a seasoning or stuffing. 

Ingredients:

Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Emulsifier (471)), Raising Agents (450, 500), Pork Blood Powder, Wheat Flour, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Spices, Mustard Flour, Potato Starch, Pearl Barley, Piminto, Dried Herbs
