Finally, a curry dish that both curry-lovers and not-sure-I’m fond-of-curry
people will enjoy. This mild curry pasta salad wins rave reviews because
it isn’t too strong, yet has the curry flavor curry-lovers like. Use the
all-organic curry seasoning packet (mixed with sour cream and mayonnaise),
with the unique corkscrew organic rainbow pasta provided, for a great salad.
Then add your choice of cooked chicken, raisins, celery, carrots, water
chestnuts, and/or peas.
INGREDIENTS: Organic Pasta (Organic Durum Wheat, Organic Beet, Organic
Spinach, Organic Tomato, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron), Organic Spices,
Sea Salt, Organic Florida Crystals (Evaporated Cane Juice), Organic Chili
Pepper, Organic Garlic, Organic Turmeric.

Cooking instructions: Bring 4 quarts of water and 2 tsp salt to a rapid
boil. Add 2 tsp oil and 12 ozs of pasta. Stir gently until water returns
to boil. Cook 3 minutes then turn off heat and cover pot 4 minutes or
until pasta is tender, yet firm. Pour pasta into colander to drain the
water.

growing country where dry-land farming produces an abundance of soft white

wheat farms is our growing practices. We’ve been growing organically for
over 25 years, and are attempting to go beyond basic “organic” (which only
ensures which harmful things have not been used). We try to keep up with
organic soil amendments that will actually improve our soil, and consequently
improve the food itself.
Any items with the Azure Farm label which are not grown on Azure Farm,
are from farms which we know have been growing organically for many years,
doing whatever they can to ensure healthy soil, so the food on your table
is also healthy.
Why go organic? Organic foods are grown without synthetic fertilizers,
pesticides, or herbicides. Organic foods are not genetically modified.
Organic foods are grown in soil that is nurtured, not treated… which
means top soil, groundwater, rivers, lakes, streams, watersheds, fish &
wildlife, and people are not compromised. Healthy food grows in healthy
soil. You can often taste the organic difference!
