A great way to start the day. 100% stone ground 10 grain cereal is freshly
ground and is complete. It contains all the health giving nutrients of
the grain from which it is ground, the germ, the oil and the fiber. Free
of preservatives or chemical additives. Keeps best if refrigerated or
frozen.
INGREDIENTS: Milled Wheat, Rye, Triticale, Oats, Oat Bran, Corn, Barley,
Soya Beans, Brown Rice, Millet, Flax Seeds.

For hot cereal: Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add
1 cup cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2
cups. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Add most any fruit such
as sliced bananas, peaches, raisins, and/or dates, walnuts, pecans or sunflower
pieces to increase your breakfast nutrition and pleasure.
