ground and is complete. It contains all the health giving nutrients of
the grain from which it is ground ~ the germ, the oil and the fiber. Free
of preservatives or chemical additives. Keeps best if refrigerated or
frozen.
INGREDIENTS: Milled Wheat, Rye, Triticale, Oats, Oat Bran, Corn, Barley,
Soya Beans, Brown Rice, Millet, Flax Seeds.

For hot cereal: Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add
1 cup cereal, turn heat down, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 2 1/2
cups. Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Add most any fruit such
as sliced bananas, peaches, raisins and/or dates, walnuts, pecans or sunflower
pieces to increase your breakfast nutrition and pleasure.
