This fine whole grain cereal is milled from the entire kernal of #1 dark
northern hard red spring wheat and is complete in every respect. It contains
all the wheat germ with its precious oil, all the fiber from the outer
bran layer of the wheat, and all the protein from the inner endosperm.

To make hot cereal: Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil.
Add 1 cup farina cereal and turn heat down. Cover and cook for about
10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes enough for four hungry people.
Serve with honey (or brown sugar) and milk. Add almost any fruit such
as sliced bananas, peaches, raisins, etc., and/or dates, walnut, pecan
or sunflower pieces to increase your breakfast nutrition and pleasure.
