of Japan where tender fronds are harvested each spring. Eden Arame is
carefully selected, cooked for seven hours to tenderize it and sun dried.
The leaf is then thinly sliced for quick preparation, ease-of-use and
versatility. Eden Arame is an excellent choice for introducing friends
to sea vegetables – it is easy to prepare and offers pleasing texture and
a mild taste. Serve as a side dish flavored with brown rice vinegar and

To Prepare: Soak Arame in warm water for 15 minutes, drain and rinse well.
Place in a pan with enough water to cover, boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
It’s ready to season or add to other dishes. Use in salads, stews or
