4:9, topped with fresh fruit also makes for a healthy snack anytime, such
as after a workout or in the evening. For hot cereal lovers combine ½
cup Ezekiel 4:9 cereal with ½ cup rice milk, soy milk or fruit juice, (such
as pineapple-coconut) in a small saucepan. Heat until desired temperature
is achieved. Top with honey and fresh or dried fruit as desired.
