Bottle containing 60 tablets.
Adults (12 years and older): 1 tablet to be dissolved in the mouth 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times. Children (6 to11 years): 1 tablet 2 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times. Young children (1 to 5 years): _ tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, _ tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times. Infants (0-12 months): _ tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, _ tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.

Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Avena sativa 2X (mental exhaustion), Passiflora incarnata 2X 0.6mg (Sleeplessness), Zincum valerianicum 4X 0.6mg (Nervous insomnia) , Coffea cruda 12X 0.6 mg (Insomnia) each in a lactose base. Inactive ingredients: Magnesium stearate.
