Suggested use: As an herbal supplement, take 3 capsules one hour before

Contraindications: If taking any prescribed medication, consult with your
health care professional before taking St. John’s Wort. Individuals taking
prescribed sedatives should consult their health care professional prior
to using hops, St. John’s Wort or Valerian products. Not recommended for
use in individuals with marked depression. Stop taking products containing
Valerian two weeks prior to surgery and inform surgeon. Do not use if
pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed recommended dose unless under the guidance
of a health care professional. CAUTION: Excessive consumption may impair
ability to drive or operate heavy machinery. St. John’s Wort increases
photosensitivity in some individuals. Avoid excessive exposure to UV irradiation
(e.g., sunlight, tanning) when using this product.
