Safflower Oil (High Oleic)


High Oleic Safflower Oil, expeller pressed, refined. (No solvents used
in processing.) This oil is highly prized for its health benefit (oleic
acid of between 75 to 80%) and its high resistance to oxidation and heat
degredation. Oleic Safflower Oil can be used in many culinary applications
and can be used in high temperature applications such as deep-frying.


Safflower is one of the oldest cultivated crops in human history. Originally
harvested for its red dye and for its oil. Today’s safflower is derived
from traditional hybridization procedures.
