A healthy accompaniment to any meal or quick snack for young and old. Experiment
with size and shape. An all natural product. Keeps best if refrigerated
or frozen.
INGREDIENTS: Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, Unbleached White Pastry Flour
(Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Oat Flour,
Brown Rice Flour, Sweet Cream Buttermilk, Sweet Dairy Whey, Leavening (Baking
Soda, Sodium Phosphate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt.

To make: Combine 1/4 cup of butter or margarine into 2 cups mix. Then
combine 1 egg and enough water to make 3/4 cup liquid. Add to biscuit
mix and stir to form soft dough. Knead on floured board 5 or 6 times.
Form into ball and flatten to approximately 1″ thick. Cut into rounds
and bake on a greased sheet at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly
browned. Makes 8 biscuits.
