Bulk Choc. Chips,B.S. 70%, Mini, Organic – 5 lb

Chocolate chips made from chocolate with 70% cocoa content.

Roasted and ground cocoa beans (cocoa liquor) are mixed with sugar, cocoa butter, and vanilla and refined to reach a smooth 20 micron consistency, conched for 6 to 10 hours. No maltodextrin to add shine. Made without lecithin.

Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Liquor, Organic Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Cocoa Powder.

Allergen Note: 40 lb. size is manufactured in an allergen free facility. The 1 lb. and 5 lb sizes are repackaged in a facility that also repackages, wheat, milk, and nut products.
