Description
Bulk Oat Groats, Steel Cut, Organic, Gluten Free – 4 x 5 lbs.
They may take longer to cook than rolled oats but they’re worth the wait. The chewy texture is achieved by cutting the groat into 2 to 3 pieces and not rolling it.
Directions: Bring 3 cups water and ¼ tsp. salt to a boil. Add 1 cup Organic Steel Cut Oats, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally until desired texture is achieved.
