flakes are made from sound, peeled and trimmed organically grown potatoes.
INGREDIENTS: Organic Potatoes, Mono and Diglycerides (of vegetable origin).

To Make Basic Mashed Potatoes: Add 1-1 1/2 cups liquid (Milk, Water or
Stock), heated to just below boiling) to 1 cup Potato Flakes. Whisk slowly
and let sit for one minute. Stir and season to taste. Serves 3.
Monoglycerides are used on the sides of the drums which tumble the flakes
during their drying process. It is derived from Soybean Oil and ends up
in the finished product in the amount of 0.02% or less.
Shelf life: 6 months to 1 year if kept cool and dry.
