For most people, these dark cherries are far too sour to be enjoyed direct from the tree. It seems they were made to be preserved with sugar! Like other richly colored red, blue and purple fruits, morello cherries are loaded with healthful anthocyanins.
Our Premium Spreads are sweetened with Rainforest Alliance certified organic cane sugar*. All of our Premium Spreads and Just Fruit Spreads contain one-third less sugar than standard jam.
