NZ Free Farmed Pork Loin Chops
Pork Loin Chops are leaner than other cuts of pork, with the fat on the outside of the meat if you do not like the crackle and fat you can cut it off. The ideal way of cooking them is to pan fry, frying the skin to crackle up first.
